In order to complete your application request we will need payroll stubs for the past two months or your latest income tax return. If you are purchasing the collateral with the proceeds of the loan, please provide us a copy of the sales invoice. Be sure to fill out the loan application completely. (We need your street address as well as a post office box, where applicable.) Incomplete applications could result in a delay of the processing time. Applications that are not signed will be returned for signature. Special Note: List all credit cards, even if you pay them in full each month.
You will need to sign a Note & Security Agreement in addition to the loan application. Please contact our office for further information.
